Materials
It begins with a reusable glass vessel and a creamy coconut soy wax. Then, add some clean, high quality blends of essential oils & fragrance oils. Finally, each candle is double wicked with unbleached cotton & paper wicks for a long, soot-free burn. Always striving to source materials made in the USA.
Design
Inspiration can come from anywhere—art, a delicious dish, meeting someone new—if you look, you will find it.
Bhaaloo fragrances usually begin as an sensory encounter in the garden—an open bloom, freshly crushed foliage, the first minutes of a rainstorm—from which ideations blossom into fully fleshed profiles. First on paper, then through rounds of testing combinations and balancing to find the final fragrance.
Production
The Ol’ Factory, aka a small studio in New Jersey, USA. Each vessel is wicked one-by-one. Wax and fragrance mixtures are weighed to the gram before being poured by hand. Each candle cures for 14 days before being labeled and stored until sold.
A small-batch process ensures meticulous care and attention, and the hands-on approach allows for unique, thoughtfully blended scents that bring warmth and character to any space.
Shipping
In a commitment to minimizing single-use materials in every aspect of our process, your order is shipped in compostable cardboard boxes using eco-friendly packing materials like bio-peanuts or Sylvacurl, and wrap everything in compostable tissue paper.
Believe it or not, candles are a temperature sensitive product! To avoid potential prolonged exposure to the extreme highs and lows of a weekend stay at a warehouse, orders are sent out early in the week. If you place an order late in the week and want it shipped anyway, please leave a note with your order.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Burn within sight and on a level fire-retardant surface.
Keep away from drafts and other flammable objects.
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not transport a melted candle.
Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each use.

Fragrances purchased from trusted suppliers only. Currently all fragrances come from CandleScience's Clean Scents collection. Fragrances are then blended with precision in-house during the candle-making process.
Blends contain both essential oils and synthetic fragrance compounds.
Blends are free of pthalates and other hazardous materials as per California Prop 65.

Handmade glass tumbler with a sturdy bottom. Similar in weight to a rocks glass.
Coconut-soy wax blend for improved burn and scent throw.
Double-wicked to maximize burn time. Wicks are made of flat-braided unbleached cotton and paper, and are free of lead and zinc.
